Arcaniz provides professional services. Refunds depend on work started and costs incurred.

Strategy / Consultation Calls

• Cancellable up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
• Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

Monthly Retainers

• You may cancel future billing by giving notice at least [7] days before the next billing date.
• Current period fees are non-refundable once work has started for that period.

Project-Based Work

• Deposits are non-refundable once work begins.
• If a project ends early, you are billed for work completed to date. Any remaining prepaid balance may be refunded at our discretion.

Third-Party Costs

• Ad spend, software subscriptions, domains, licenses, and platform fees are non-refundable.
