Payment terms, timelines, and deliverables are defined in the Service Agreement or invoice. We may pause work for overdue payments unless otherwise agreed.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content are owned by Arcaniz or licensed to Arcaniz. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without written permission. Client deliverables are handled as stated in the Service Agreement.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- violate laws or regulations,
- attempt unauthorized access to systems,
- introduce malware or disrupt the Site,
- scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse content,
- infringe intellectual property.
7. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

9. Limitation of Liability
